Job Summary

To support the optimization of energy storage and solar asset performance, the full-time Data Scientist, Energy Optimization will leverage advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deploy machine learning models and statistical analyses for energy optimization
• Design and build data pipelines to manage large-scale datasets from energy systems
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as pandas and scikit-learn
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Experience with modern AI coding assistants and version control using Git
