Data Scientist for Revenue Management

Job Summary

Seeking a Data Scientist for Revenue Management, this full-time remote position will research multifamily datasets, partner with product teams to design data-driven capabilities, and apply AI techniques to enhance pricing intelligence for apartment units.

Key responsibilities

• Research and experiment with multifamily datasets to identify opportunities for new product features and pricing insights
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define requirements and design data-driven capabilities for revenue management products
• Apply AI techniques to accelerate research, automate workflows, and unlock new insights from market data

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in multifamily revenue management or related roles
• Understanding of pricing decisions, including occupancy/rate tradeoffs and concession economics
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques for research and data insights
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with modern data science practices
• Strong business acumen to translate operator workflows into product features
