Data Scientist I

Job Summary

Focused on delivering machine learning solutions in healthcare technology, the full-time Data Scientist I will develop production-level models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize AI/ML techniques to improve healthcare outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create actionable data science models with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with business partners to identify use cases and develop minimal viable products
• Document approaches and results to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among data scientists

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Health Sciences, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-3 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models
• Experience in Big Data environments and developing production-ready machine learning models
• Proficiency in machine learning tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction from relational databases
