Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist II to join their Rentals Data Science - Shopping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine metrics for the rental shopping experience
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to understand renter behavior and measure product impact
• Work with large-scale datasets to generate insights that inform product strategy and decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused environment
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference
• Experience with event or clickstream data and large-scale datasets
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for robust data analysis
