Data Scientist II

Job Summary

Seeking a Data Scientist II, the full-time remote position will drive insight generation for complex projects, develop models to support navigation services, and identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive insight generation for complex projects independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop models of cost and quality to support navigation and match services
• Identify opportunities to improve member engagement and drive top quartile outcomes at bottom quartile costs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in highly quantitative roles or relevant advanced degrees
• Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (Python, R)
• Experience designing and analyzing product experiments, including A/B testing
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative patterns into robust narratives for business decisions
• Proven ability to independently drive results on complex, ambiguous projects with significant quantitative components
