Job Summary

Bridging the gap between workforce challenges and AI capabilities, the full-time salaried Data Scientist II will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to address complex organizational issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, including LLM-powered applications for workforce challenges
• Translate ambiguous HR questions into scalable data products and decision-support tools
• Collaborate with HRBPs and executives to deliver actionable insights on internal mobility, skills, and workforce planning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in data science or a related field
• Expertise in programming, data visualization, and statistical modeling
• Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Experience in the HR/People Analytics domain is preferred
