Job Summary
Providing advanced analytics and predictive modeling support, the full-time Data Scientist II will analyze USCIS datasets, develop models, and create dashboards while primarily working remotely with occasional on-site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large structured and unstructured USCIS datasets to derive insights and support decision-making
- Develop predictive models and operational-performance models, including workload forecasts and eligibility assessments
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics products using Tableau and Power BI, while performing technical development with Python and Databricks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or statistical modeling
- Direct experience with USCIS operational, immigration, or related datasets
- Hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI
- Experience in developing predictive models and applying advanced statistical techniques
- Ability to work with large structured and unstructured datasets and translate business problems into quantitative approaches
