Data Scientist II, Outcomes Research

Job Summary

To advance healthcare through real-world evidence, the full-time salaried Data Scientist II, Outcomes Research will lead HEOR and RWE projects, collaborate with stakeholders on study design and analysis, and build analytical infrastructure while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute HEOR and RWE projects in collaboration with external partners
• Represent the Outcomes Research function in the design, analysis, interpretation, and publication of studies
• Build analytical infrastructure to improve speed and quality across engagements

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in data science, bioinformatics, biostatistics, epidemiology, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in data science or health economics outcomes research
• Demonstrated computational skills using R and SQL with large-scale healthcare datasets
• Familiarity with HEOR and RWE methodologies, including propensity score matching
• Experience analyzing complex real-world datasets such as claims and electronic health records
