Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist II, Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the refinement of pricing models to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing models, focusing on regulatory compliance and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Actuarial, and State Product Management teams to ensure alignment across departments

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Master's or PhD preferred) with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in R (e.g., tidyverse, data.table) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling
• Familiarity with pricing models and understanding of insurance regulatory environments
• Experience with H2O and advanced modeling techniques is a plus
• Technical proficiency in version control systems such as Git
