A company is looking for a Data Scientist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end data pipelines for customer acquisition and retention workflows, ensuring data quality and governance
• Create and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Tableau or Qliksense to monitor key performance and customer lifecycle metrics
• Analyze acquisition and retention funnels to identify and implement improvements for customer experiences and conversions

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data wrangling techniques
• Extensive experience with Tableau or Qliksense for data visualization
• Experience in applying predictive analytics to generate customer insights
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics roles, focusing on customer insights or marketing analytics
• Familiarity with the dynamics of tax season campaigns is advantageous
