Data Scientist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist III to provide advanced analytics solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value data analytics projects and implement client solutions using advanced statistical analysis or machine learning
• Construct complex statistical models and develop platforms for their application while partnering with teams to translate client requirements into actionable analytics
• Present findings and insights to internal and external partners and creatively resolve issues to enhance analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's or PhD preferred
• At least three years of industry experience with Python and large-scale databases using SQL
• Familiarity with PySpark and R, and experience with anonymized patient-level healthcare databases
• Proficient in machine learning modeling, advanced statistics, and algorithm design
• Strong business acumen with a good understanding of analytics insights in relation to business goals
