Data Scientist III

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Data Scientist III on a temporary remote basis, this role will analyze real-world insurance claims and EHR data, conduct statistical analysis, and support the development of AI models within the R&D group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real-world data to identify patterns related to clinical treatments and management costs
• Conduct statistical analysis and survival modeling for clinical events derived from the data
• Visualize findings and summarize data insights for communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or equivalent field, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Experience working with real-world data, specifically insurance claims and EHR records
• Expertise in SQL and R, including data manipulation and visualization using tidyverse and ggplot
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, particularly survival modeling and hypothesis testing
• Experience in cloud computing environments, preferably AWS
