Data Scientist III

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Scientist III will design and validate predictive and machine learning models to enhance business processes across various domains, while mentoring junior data scientists and managing multiple projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and communicate analytical plans for projects
• Mine and analyze large datasets to develop algorithms for risk prediction and outlier detection
• Present models and analyses to management and key stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis or analytic programming
• Experience with cloud services (such as Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data stack (such as Databricks or Snowflake)
• Two years of healthcare experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of programming languages (such as Python or R) and SQL
