Job Summary
To support next-generation drug discovery programs, the full-time Data Scientist in Pharmaceutical Research will develop machine learning approaches, analyze large-scale biological datasets, and build advanced AI models while collaborating in a highly interdisciplinary research environment, with remote flexibility available based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop data mining and machine learning approaches for disease gene identification, biomarker discovery, and mechanism of action analysis
- Analyze large-scale biological and clinical datasets, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and real-world data
- Build advanced AI models and digital twin technologies for in silico experimentation while collaborating with cross-functional research teams
Required Qualifications
- PhD (or equivalent experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Life Sciences
- Strong Python and/or R programming skills
- Experience working with biological or pharmaceutical datasets
- Exposure to AI/ML methodologies such as deep learning, generative AI, Bayesian optimization, and time-series modeling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
