Data Scientist - Insurance Modeling

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist - Insurance Modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain rating, economic, and other models using statistical and modeling techniques
• Educate business partners on the use of models and provide necessary tools
• Support enhancements to processes and adapt models for state-specific implementations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
• Experience with statistical modeling techniques
• Understanding of actuarial and statistical standards and methodologies
• Interest in obtaining the Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics (CSPA) credential
• Early career professional status
