Data Scientist - Pricing

Job Summary

To support a growing data science team, the full-time Data Scientist - Pricing will advise on analysis techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers, and conduct exploratory analysis to generate actionable insights for pricing strategies, with the option to work remotely from select US states or onsite in Lititz, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques to develop custom analytics models for pricing and demand problems
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to gather data and implement advanced statistical methodologies
• Conducting exploratory analysis including hypothesis testing and statistical inference to optimize business performance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience applying data science to pricing and demand problems in ecommerce or retail
• Proven ability to build and analyze price response curves or similar models
• Strong understanding of price elasticity and demand forecasting
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects
