Data Scientist, Product Analytics

Job Summary

To shape the future of people-facing and business-facing products, the full-time Data Scientist, Product Analytics will work remotely to analyze large data sets, influence product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Work with large and complex data sets to solve challenging problems using various analytical and statistical approaches
• Apply technical expertise in quantitative analysis and experimentation to develop strategies for products serving billions of users
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to inform and execute product strategy through data-driven insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a relevant technical field
• 4+ years of work experience in analytics, including proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches and leading data-driven projects from definition to execution
• Understanding of ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term product trends
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Ph.D. in a relevant field
