Data Scientist, Product Analytics
Job Summary
Working remotely in Canada, the full-time Data Scientist, Product Analytics will leverage large data sets to solve complex product challenges, influence product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex data sets using various analytical and statistical approaches to address product-related challenges
- Develop strategies for products that serve billions by applying expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation
- Measure the success of product initiatives through goal setting, forecasting, and monitoring key product metrics
Required qualifications
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience in analytics (4 years with a Ph.D. is acceptable)
