Data Scientist - Responsible AI

Job Summary

Supporting the Responsible AI strategy, the full-time remote Data Scientist - Responsible AI will develop and validate methods for evaluating generative and agentic AI applications, focusing on fairness, explainability, and safety while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply statistical analysis to evaluate AI applications and maintain Responsible AI measures
• Develop evaluation criteria and benchmarks for AI systems, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in data science, statistical analysis, or AI evaluation
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• Experience evaluating AI applications, particularly in fairness and explainability
• Knowledge of Responsible AI concepts and methodologies
