Data Scientist Risk Modeling

Job Summary

Leading the data-science and risk-analytics workstream, the full-time Data Scientist Risk Modeling will build and maintain models, scripts, and dashboards to rank partner agencies by risk and inform review selections, working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate data fields, code, and scripts for analyzing review-finding data and its relationship to Risk Model outputs
• Revise and maintain formulas and macros for weighted evaluations of risk factors
• Develop and maintain the Risk Dashboard with visualizations of findings, risk levels, and historical trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, or data science
• Demonstrated experience applying scientific methods and algorithms to extract insights from data
• Experience with automation and scripting techniques
• Proficiency in Tableau, R programming, Python 3, and VBA
• Experience presenting analytic results to management and non-technical personnel
