Data Scientist Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist, Tech Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, and deploy end-to-end predictive, prescriptive, and generative models
• Own the full lifecycle of model deployment and collaborate with MLOps and DevOps teams for scalable workflows
• Lead projects independently, providing mentorship and technical reviews to other data scientists

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Extensive experience in building and deploying ML models and GenAI systems in production
• Strong proficiency with Python and ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, and PyTorch
• Deep experience with SQL and data modeling in distributed environments like Snowflake or SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with containerized applications and deployment using FastAPI and Docker/Podman
