Job Summary
To support the Trust Integrity Data Science team, the full-time remote Data Scientist will build and deploy AI/ML systems focused on trust integrity, conduct quantitative analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and trust outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and deploy production AI/ML systems, including feature engineering, model development, and lifecycle management
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses and apply causal inference to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver clear research findings with data visualizations to drive alignment and action among product, engineering, and operations teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience in a quantitative analysis role with a Master's degree in a quantitative field or a PhD in relevant fields
- Hands-on experience with NLP and LLM-based solutions, along with state-of-the-art knowledge of AI/ML models
- Strong fluency in Python and SQL, with experience in Tensorflow, PyTorch, Spark, and Airflow
- Working knowledge of causal inference and proven ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and engagement with the technical community, with publications or presentations being a plus
