Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist - Voice of Customer in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying, sourcing, and combining disparate datasets to maintain data quality
Developing and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and surveys to drive business insights
Collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements in technology offerings based on employee feedback

Required Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field such as Data Science or Predictive Analytics
3+ years of experience with analytic & development platforms and natural language processing
Experience with the Medallia platform and SQL, R, Python, or other analytic/development platforms
Ability to source and process large data sets from disparate systems
Experience linking business requirements to digital product development
