Data Scientist with Public Trust

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Scientist/Analyst to support modernization efforts in their contact centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and optimize business queries and data pulls to incorporate new or consolidated data sources
• Ensure data warehouse and dashboard systems reflect changes from modernization efforts
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis/science
• 1+ years of experience working with the Federal Government
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to acquire a U.S. Public Trust
