Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst - DataWatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 24x7x365 service operations and develop standard operating procedures to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze key events and data points, preparing reports and presenting findings to customers
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Engineering team to support onboarding and ongoing management activities

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in SOC or MSSP environments
• Experience in identifying, triaging, and resolving cyber incidents
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications to enhance technical skills
• Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred
