Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, DataWatcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 24x7x365 service operations and develop standard operating procedures
• Monitor and analyze key events in customer environments, preparing reports and dashboards
• Assist with customer onboarding, ongoing management, and incident response efforts

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Operational experience in Security Operations Centers (SOC) or Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments
• Experience in identifying and resolving cyber incidents
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications
• Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA
