Data Security Consultant

Job Summary

To support client implementations and consultative engagements, the full-time Sr. Professional Services Consultant - Data Security will oversee the deployment of various Proofpoint Data Security products, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful service delivery across multiple states.

Key responsibilities

• Scope client engagements by assessing operations, gathering requirements, and optimizing Proofpoint technologies
• Design strategic program solutions to help clients protect and manage their sensitive data
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields
• Familiarity with Data Security concepts, including Insider Threat Management and Cloud Security
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion
• Clear and effective communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts
