Data Security Consultant

Job Summary

Overseeing implementations and consultative engagements for Data Security products, the full-time Professional Services Consultant will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist with customer escalations while ensuring successful service delivery and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly scope client engagements by assessing operations and gathering business requirements to optimize Proofpoint technologies
• Provide strategic program design solutions for clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage sensitive data
• Collaborate with sales and other teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations, ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields
• Familiarity with Data Security concepts, including Insider Threat Management and Endpoint Security
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion
• English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication
