A company is looking for a Manager of Data Security, Cybersecurity InfoSec.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) platform, ensuring comprehensive data discovery and monitoring
• Lead the strategy and execution of global data protection across various environments while implementing advanced technologies and compliance measures
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, driving partnerships across engineering and business teams to align security outcomes with compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, data security, or data engineering
• 3-5+ years of leadership experience managing technical security teams
• Experience with risk reduction programs and integrating security signals into operational workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Deep expertise in data protection technologies and modern cloud-native security architectures
