Data Services Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Insights & Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Services Analyst will design custom data solutions, manage recurring data requests, and collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely data to enhance business decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage complex data pipelines to ensure accurate and timely delivery of data to stakeholders
• Own end-to-end management of recurring data requests, ensuring consistent delivery
• Collaborate proactively with Insight Analysts and Client Services to drive strategic decisions using Antenna data

Required qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience with SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools (2+ years)
• Proven ability to organize and analyze large datasets with high attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for solving complex problems
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational processes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and advanced English proficiency (B2-C1)
