Data Services Analyst

Job Summary

Ensuring the integrity of client data, the full-time Data Services Analyst will manage data entry processes, implement controls, and communicate resolutions to clients in a clear manner.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate entry of client data into the system while adhering to established processes and controls
• Interact with customers and business owners to identify and resolve data-related issues effectively
• Collaborate with the Data Services Team Lead to ensure quality and continuous improvement in data management practices

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience using SQL is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL or similar SQL procedural extension language is a plus
• Demonstrated commitment to quality with an understanding of data analysis and process flows
• Preferred knowledge of benefits administration or consumer-directed accounts
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion with a strong sense of urgency
