Data Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Services Associate to manage client-facing data projects and improve departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage client-facing data projects to meet deadlines
• Transcribe key data from brokerage statements into the platform and utilize translation tools for foreign language statements
• Conduct routine quality control audits of manual data entry operations and create detailed notes of any data entry issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience (Vlookups, Hlookups, pivot tables, VBA)
• Major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus
• Basic to advanced knowledge of securities and training markets is a plus
• Previous experience in a high-volume call environment and/or Data Services role is a plus
