Job Summary

Supporting customer data needs in a flexible capacity, the full-time Data Services Generalist will guide clients through onboarding, manage data integration, and ensure efficient use of the Branching Minds platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the data onboarding process and platform configuration
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate data issues during implementation, ensuring a seamless experience
• Provide exceptional customer support regarding ongoing data needs through various communication channels

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing data support
• Ability to translate technical data concepts for non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on managing complex processes and multiple priorities
• Knowledge of EdTech data types, including rostering and assessment data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and maintenance
