Data Services Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting customer data needs in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Data Services Generalist will guide clients through the onboarding process, manage data integrations, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers through the data onboarding process and platform configuration
• Connect customer systems to the Branching Minds platform and monitor data issues during implementation
• Provide exceptional customer support regarding ongoing data needs and facilitate communication between district partners and internal teams

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing data support
• Ability to interpret EdTech data, including rostering and assessment data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and maintenance
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Passion for improving education and commitment to equity for all learners
