Data Solution Architect
Job Summary
To drive long-term business results, the contract Data Solution Architect will leverage analysis design techniques to operationalize data and analytical models while working flexibly from East Hanover, NJ, Chicago, IL, or Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop necessary documentation for analytical projects
- Support the development, testing, and maintenance of data pipelines and data models, ensuring adaptability to changing business needs
- Analyze data sources for integrity and reliability, participating in data governance processes to maintain documentation for reusability
Required qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Understanding of Data Engineering concepts and experience with systems such as SAP and various data sources
- Proficiency in programming languages like SQL, Python, and PySpark, as well as analytics platforms such as Databricks
- Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling techniques
- 1+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Modeling and 3+ years in Database Design
