Job Summary
To support data transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Data Solution Specialist will design, execute, and optimize healthcare data integration processes while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of scalable data integration solutions and assist with ETL process refinements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and contribute to all stages of project development
- Execute data mapping and transformation tasks using the Hadoop and Spark ecosystems, ensuring accurate preparation of large healthcare datasets
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in technical roles, with exposure to healthcare data management and ETL development preferred
- Proficiency with Hadoop ecosystem tools, including Hue for Hive and Impala queries
- Experience with Spark ecosystems and languages such as PySpark, Scala, or Spark SQL for data transformation
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and file processing tasks
