Data Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To shape and advance the enterprise data platform strategy, the full-time remote Data Solutions Architect will design scalable and secure data solutions, mentor engineering teams, and establish architectural standards to support analytics and business decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise data solutions using Databricks, Azure, and modern cloud technologies
- Lead data engineering solution design with Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture principles
- Establish and maintain architecture standards, coding standards, and best practices for data solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related disciplines
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and SQL-based data solutions
- Deep understanding of Medallion Architecture and data warehousing concepts
