Data Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Providing foundational support for the development and maintenance of business-facing datasets, the entry-level Assistant Data Solutions Engineer will assist with data integration, validation, and documentation in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with the integration, development, and maintenance of datasets using established tools and processes
- Supports data integration, validation, transformation, enrichment, and publication activities under guidance
- Collaborates with data owners, engineers, and business partners to understand data requirements and usage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of data engineering experience
- Exposure to SQL and experience with at least one programming or scripting language such as Python
- Knowledge of data concepts, data modeling, and data integration techniques
- Basic understanding of software engineering principles and version control practices
