Data Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Leading a multifunctional team, the full-time Data Solutions Manager will provide technical and people leadership to drive data management, modernization, and sharing initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery of data solutions in both on-prem and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Data Analysts and Data Engineers while setting direction and cultivating a high-performance culture
• Oversee data curation, pipelines, extraction, and sharing activities to ensure reliable and timely data delivery
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Data Architecture teams to guide solution design and implementation for new data platforms and modernization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or computer-related discipline from an accredited institution
• 6+ years of managerial experience leading technical or analytical teams
• 8+ years of experience in Data Management, including data analysis, development, and governance
• 4-5 years of hands-on technical experience with SQL, ETL, and Azure technologies
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes
