Data Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing data marketplace, the full-time Data Solutions Specialist will assist customers and internal teams in identifying appropriate datasets, manage partner communications, and coordinate presales activities, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise in the dataset marketplace, making recommendations based on customer requirements
• Communicate with data partners to gather information on datasets and support the qualification of new offerings
• Collaborate with Presales teams to translate customer needs into actionable dataset recommendations and support RFPs and proposals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data, technology, operations, or related fields
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate information from multiple sources
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
• Fluency in English, with strong communication skills for engaging with partners and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
