Job Summary

A company is looking for a Jr. Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and provide status reporting for the archiving of entitled customer software from vendor sites
• Establish connectivity to customer systems and document it according to company standards
• Assist archive contractors during high volume archiving periods and maintain updated procedure manuals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or applicable years of experience
• Preference for 4-year technical, information systems, or business-related degrees
• 2+ years of professional work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Smartsheet preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime during busy seasons
