Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Specialist to oversee research and data-driven projects within the Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document data quality solutions and index maintenance processes
• Analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights for model development
• Design and evaluate statistical modeling experiments related to the Labor Market

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or economics with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, or 1-2 years with a Master's degree
• Experience in a quantitative field performing analytics
• Expertise in statistical analysis programs such as R or Python, and knowledge of SQL
• Strong knowledge of advanced functions of Microsoft Excel
