Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Specialist to enhance data quality and governance processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data governance and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy across systems
• Identify and resolve data issues impacting reporting and operational decisions
• Develop internal data policies and collaborate with cross-functional teams on data initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations, Business Systems, or Data Governance roles
• Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, with knowledge of CRM data models
• Proven ability to independently manage projects and make impactful decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment (preferred)
