Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Specialist-Imaging (Float).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physician data in the Radiology Information system for report distribution
• Review and run reports checking for exams without dictation and communicate findings to radiologists
• Act as a liaison between departments to acquire patient information and maintain data for audits and accreditation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma and college courses in a related field or 3+ years of work-related experience
• Understanding of medical terminology from previous work experience
• Working knowledge of software applications related to database management
• Analytical and database management ability to evaluate and maintain data systems
• Licensure or certifications as required (e.g., Act 34)
