Data Specialist in Revenue Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Specialist in Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the closed-won process for all net new accounts and ensure compliance with defined criteria
• Respond to helpdesk ticket requests, including amendment requests, order and contract creation, and Salesforce troubleshooting
• Collaborate with internal teams to support key initiatives in sales operations and maintain data integrity across systems

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of Salesforce experience
• At least one year of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analysis, Deal Desk, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and CRM systems
• Familiarity with sales productivity tools and process automation is a plus
