Job Summary

Joining the BT Prep team as a part-time Data Specialist - Validation, the candidate will validate data and scanned documents for individual tax returns, input missing information, and ensure client confidentiality while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate the accuracy of data and scanned confidential documents for individual tax returns
• Input necessary information not captured by software
• Ensure client confidentiality by adhering to company procedures regarding information handling

Required Qualifications:

• Must have participated in BT Prep for the 2026 Tax Season
• High school diploma or GED required
• Availability for a minimum of 30 hours/week, spread across at least four days
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly
• High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
