Job Summary

Ensuring the quality and integrity of data across the organization, the full-time remote Data Steward will manage data validation, resolve quality issues, and collaborate with business users to enforce data standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate enterprise data for completeness and accuracy, aligning with defined data standards
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data requirements and support data governance initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with enterprise data and data quality assessment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with data quality, stewardship, or MDM tools (e.g., Reltio, Informatica, Talend)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of SQL or business intelligence tools
• Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
