Data Steward

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Steward will manage the accuracy of ownership and franchise data in Salesforce, processing property onboarding cases and supporting data quality initiatives for a global hospitality leader.

Key responsibilities:

• Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise applications and legal documentation to confirm ownership details
• Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Support Primary Owner Account reviews and handle high-risk Data Change Requests to maintain data integrity

Required qualifications:

• Strong research skills with a curiosity for complex ownership structures
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in Excel for data management tasks
• Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of detailed casework
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder coordination
