Data Stewardship Analyst

Job Summary

Data Stewardship Analyst, a full-time position focused on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data in Trial Operations through manual reviews, issue resolution, and adherence to data governance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual review and validation of Trial Ops MDM records against defined standards
• Triage and resolve basic data quality issues while escalating complex exceptions as needed
• Monitor operational metrics and support data cleansing activities under the direction of governance leads

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 2+ years of experience in data stewardship, MDM, or related data operations, preferably in life sciences or clinical trial ops
• Experience in SOP/quality-controlled or regulated environments preferred
• Working knowledge of data governance and data quality concepts
• Proficient in Excel and collaboration tools, with basic reporting and documentation skills
