Data Stewardship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Data Stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a small team of Data Stewards, providing direction and hands-on support for data-related issues
• Monitor team performance and oversee daily validation of hospital data feeds for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate data transfers and support integration of data into Lakehouse and downstream systems

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data stewardship, data quality, or revenue cycle operations (healthcare preferred)
• 1-3 years of people leadership or team lead experience
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes (billing, claims, denials, COB)
• Familiarity with data integration processes and data environments (ETL, warehouse/Lakehouse concepts)
